Why Sean Speaks

Sean and Mom, Jenny, have a powerful message that they share with others. They speak frankly about the circumstances and choices that Sean made that placed him in a wheelchair unable to talk or walk. Even though Sean’s voice is silent, his message can be heard loud and clear! But their story doesn’t stop there. They share the life they lead now, and they share the faith and the purpose that have allowed them to move from victims to victors!

What Would You Do???

What do you do when your brain no longer tells your body how to walk or talk, when even the simple act of swallowing your saliva is forgotten and when you concentrate on something the drool runs out of your mouth? What do you do when you can no longer control your body and do such basic things as telling it to take a deep breath?

If you are Sean Carter, you take the opportunity to tell others about the dangers of risky behavior. You tell others that there is Life After Brain Injury. You tell others, never, ever, ever, give up!
Sean and Jenny have been giving powerful presentations to groups since 2007. They have spoken to everyone from Law Enforcement Professionals, to Trauma/EMS personnel, and high schools, colleges and churches as well as DWI offenders. Their audiences now number in the tens of thousands, and in addition to venues all over the state of Texas, they have spoken from New York State to Washington State, from Kentucky to New Mexico, from Oklahoma to Minnesota, and have spoken all over Northern Mississippi. Spring of 2012, they returned to Mississippi, traveled on to North and South Carolina, finishing their Southeast Tour in Baton Rouge, LA.
